It depends on which Truxedo tonneau cover you have for your Chevrolet Silverado. Some Truxedo tonneau covers will leave your stake pockets uncovered because the tonneau cover sits below the rails of your truck bed. I have a solution for you, but we have found that the BAKFlip F1 # BAJ72310 tonneau cover is not compatible with the TracRack SR Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-510. This is due to the fact that the rubber seal along the outside of the tonneau cover contacts the base of the ladder rack with folding the tonneau cover. Many times the base of the ladder rack will not allow the rubber seal to lay flat along the top of the truck bed rail.

DeeZee Custom Headache Rack # DZ95050RTB is not compatible with Tonneau covers because its brackets are L-shaped and will hang down into the bed. This will interfere with Tonneau cover mounting rails.
